The Product Director will develop strategies to educate and support providers with treatment site activation and operationalization for Spravato. Within this role they will supplement the clinical promotional narrative with operational messages and tools and develop assets for the Area Business Specialist (ABS) team. The Product Director will work closely with other brand partners and a cross-functional team that includes the Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategy (REMS) team, Medical Affairs, Sales Leadership, Insights and Analytics, Strategy Customer Group (SCG).

The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Professional Promotion and will serve as a core member of the brand team.  

Responsibilities / Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:

  • Develop, own, and implement brand messaging strategy plans supporting health care professionals and treatment sites with a focus on operationalization of Spravato.

  • Key components include strategic and tactical planning, message evolution, agency oversight, PRC/regulatory review, and optimization of operationalization processes.

  • Lead and manage the agency of record as well as other agencies to develop and execute marketing strategy, the tactical plan, and tactical content development. 

  • Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform marketing strategies, tactics and measure tactical and brand performance.

  • Actively lead and contribute to brand marketing and operationalization responsibilities, such as field engagement, training initiatives and customer interaction along with culture-building activities.

  • Partner with Market Access Marketing, REMS and Medical Affairs counterparts 

  • Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration

 Qualifications:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.

  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge  

  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Access, Managed Care Account Management and/or related fields 

  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management and executive communication skills required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive impactful cross-functional collaboration in large groups

  • A demonstrated ability to be proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required

This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel

 The base pay range for this position is $122,000 to $212,750.

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
