Responsibilities:
SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Rollouts
Lead and support full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations including Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
Participate in global rollouts, system upgrades, and procurement transformation initiatives.
Drive business process harmonization and adoption of SAP best practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
SAP MM Functional Expertise
Expert-level configuration and support in:
o Purchasing: Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Scheduling Agreements (SA), Stock Transport Orders (STO)
o Inventory Management: Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), Transfers, Physical Inventory
o Valuation & Account Determination
Configure and support procurement cycles and inventory processes aligned with business requirements.
Provide functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces.
Integration & Cross-Functional Knowledge
Strong integration experience between SAP MM and SAP FI, including:
o Account determination
o Invoice verification
o GR/IR reconciliation
Integration knowledge between SAP and Non-SAP systems (interfaces, third-party integrations).
Basic understanding of IDocs and APIs for data exchange and system integration.
Data Migration & Testing
Support and execute data migration activities including:
Master data (Material Master, Vendor Master, Business Partner)
Open transactions and historical data
Prepare migration templates, validate data, and coordinate with technical teams.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
o Test scenario preparation
o Defect tracking and resolution
o User training and sign-off
Support & Incident Management
Independently handle production support incidents and service requests.
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or enhancements.
Coordinate with technical teams for complex issues and developments.
Ensure SLA adherence and continuous improvement of support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration and support.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield/Brownfield).
Deep understanding of procurement, inventory, and valuation processes.
Integration knowledge with SAP FI and external systems.
Experience in data migration, UAT coordination, and rollouts.
Basic knowledge of IDoc, API integrations, and interfaces.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
