The Associate Manager, ProCare Operations provides operational, talent, and process management to the ProCare operational support teams; consisting of internal and external ProCare, Technical Support and Depot Services to ensure achievement of divisional business goals. 

What you will do:

  • Responsible for leading, managing and developing direct reports  
  • Identify and executed process improvements to enhance the customer experience from an operational perspective
  • Identify gaps that exist between our customers’ and our internal or external operations processes
  • Work directly with reps, technicians, and customers to create custom solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all ProCare operating procedures and work instructions
  • Generate and/or lead projects to enhance ProCare operations
  • Support centralized and decentralized training
  • Generate reporting and/or collect and rollup data

What you need:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of related experience

Preferred:

  • 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience
  • Medical device, or Networking or IT troubleshooting experience

Travel Percentage: 30%
