We are an upscale 3 Veterinarian practice on the Upper East Side of Manhattan looking for an EXPERIENCED Customer Service Rep/Supervisor for our very busy front desk. Must be able to multi task, stay organized, be detail oriented, and communicate with an appreciative but demanding clientele.
USDA/APHIS experience a plus.
Our ideal candidate would have multiple years experience of managing/supervising front desk staff.
Schedule: 4 or 5 day work week (40 hours)
Applicant MUST have veterinary front desk experience, work extremely well with others and under pressure, be familiar with Avimark, Impromed, or Cornerstone and be computer savvy.
