As part of the larger Strategy & Planning team, the incumbent possesses in depth expertise regarding marketing data, audiences, journeys, offers and capabilities to inform our Go To Market strategy and plan. In addition, the Senior Manager develops, standardizes, and optimizes our Go To Market processes, framework, and rituals to ensure a smooth hand-off from our Strategy & Planning team to our Execution team. The Senior Manager regularly leads executive level discussions and influences the prioritization of digital marketing initiatives delivered by our Agile Marketing team based on estimated return on effort
The Senior Manager acts like a business owner for their assigned portfolio and agile marketing pod by understanding and influencing our path from current to future state direct marketing capabilities. The successful incumbent will play a lead role in transforming the way we work. The incumbent also acts as a subject matter expert and business lead for their assigned digital marketing projects. The Senior Manager acts as a key change agent by leading our Go To Market strategy and plan for future state Proof Of Concepts (POCs) and campaign pilots aimed to improve our data, decisioning, and delivery of marketing messages to our existing clients. The Senior Manager will be responsible for collaborating with marketing modernization, execution, and analytics teams to identify Day 2 operations post the implementation of new projects, technologies, and pilots.
