As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying system challenges and delivering timely solutions to maintain smooth operations. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments, ensuring that critical business functions remain uninterrupted and efficient through diligent problem-solving and system analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline processes and improve system reliability across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting and root cause analysis within enterprise software environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting maintenance processes and workflows in SAP systems.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP Plant Maintenance and other enterprise modules.
- Skilled in documenting technical issues and resolutions to support knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
