Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to enhance overall system support.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong skills in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and facilitating agile ceremonies to ensure project delivery.
- Experience in using project tracking tools and techniques to monitor progress and manage risks effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and collaborate with technical teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align project goals with business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
