By joining you will be defining and implementing pioneering and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools like Coupa, Ivalua, Ariba, etc.

 

One of the nodes of S&P is the Managed Services (MS) team who are part of the Business Solution Group (BSG). BSG is responsible for implementing Procurement business solutions and MS deliver a range of post go-live services. Join us to create the future of the MS Team.

 

We are looking for an analyst speaking English & German to be able to deliver a range of procurement support services.

• The role will be to join our growing existing team to be focused on Application Management Services (AMS) such as Service Desk, Release Management, End User Training, Supplier & Content Enablement services, cXML Vendor Enablement, System Configuration Enhancements and System Admin activities, etc.
• Communicating with our international clients’ stakeholders, end users and suppliers via telephone and email to support as required
• Work with some of the biggest clients in large global implementation projects and support services.
• Take part in our highly engaged and diverse global network, for collaboration and delivery.
• Be a valuable member of our Intelligent Consulting Hub and contribute to thought leadership, competence development, and sales initiatives.

• Excellent English and German communication skills (written & spoken)
• Min. 2+ years experience delivering a client facing role
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
• Passionate about Sourcing & Procurement, innovation and delivery of the latest technologies to your clients
• Good understanding of e-Procurement tools (e.g. Ariba,  Coupa, etc.) will be strong asset
