Job Title: QA Automation Engineer – Team Lead Location: Bangalore About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer (Team Lead) to drive automation initiatives and ensure high-quality product delivery within our eCommerce and retail projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on experience in modern test automation tools, and the ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to automation testing using tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks. Perform API, UI, and integration testing to ensure end-to-end quality. Develop and maintain automated regression test suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to enhance testing processes. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions. Drive quality best practices and ensure test coverage across all product layers. Key Requirements: Proven experience in test automation frameworks and tools (Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, regression testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript and API automation. Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes. Solid understanding of eCommerce and retail workflows. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
