Summary

Workiva is looking for a Sr. Director of Global Revenue Enablement  that will live the team motto of “one team, operating globally”. As a Revenue Enablement expert, you will work cross-functionally to drive the strategy and execution of the global delivery team. As a leader, you will lead a team of enablement subject matter experts that will create and drive industry specific enablement programs to increase productivity across all Go To Market roles. As a collaborative partner, you will work closely with all go-to-market organizations globally to create a great  experience for revenue generating teams. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Build and lead a global team capable of delivering one-to-many and one-to-one learning experiences to drive productivity during onboarding and everboarding processes 

  • Work closely with product management, marketing, partner, and solutions consulting teams to create sales-consumable programs 

  • Partner on a daily basis with the the Global Field Coaching team to ensure alignment with the needs of the front-line management team

  • Participate actively in global sales calls, regional meetings and forecasts in order to stay connected with the business, identify needs and provide updates on programs

  • Support the planning, coordination, prioritization, and execution of training activities such as webinars, onboarding, certification and ongoing readiness on key releases

  • Develop, maintain, and report on key KPIs for enablement programs that align to leading indicators of revenue

  • Work in collaboration with the Creative Operations team to develop, deploy, and maintain learning assets through internal and partner facing platforms

What You’ll Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a minimum of 12 years of global enterprise Enablement experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 10 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years of experience

  • Salesforce.com experience required

  • Learning Management System experience required

  • Experience in Enterprise software companies 

  • Experience managing a globally dispersed team 

  • Experience enabling multiple sales audiences on a platform sale with multiple C-Level economic buying audiences 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable programs

  • Experience  leading a classroom 

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical buyers

  • Understanding of strategic alliance and channel organizations in the SaaS industry

  • Outstanding time management skills - strong business acumen with an ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks

  • Experience selling to CFOs, CAOs or COOs 

  • Experience working for a Fortune 500 company 

  • Highspot experience preferred

  • Experience in designing and delivering enablement programs for partners

  • Hands-on experience with Workiva solutions is a plus

Traveling Requirements & Workiva Conditions

  • Global travel up to 30%

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

How You’ll Be Rewarded

✅ Salary range in the US: $174,000.00 - $296,000.00

✅ A discretionary bonus typically paid annually

✅ Restricted Stock Units granted at time of hire

✅ 401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits package
