Job Description:
The Manager, PMP Account Management role is responsible for overseeing a team of PMP Account Managers who run the day-to-day operations for our customers to deliver a renowned customer experience. The team drives satisfaction, revenue, and stickiness on Nexxen SSP, increasing customer advocacy along the way. As a Manager, you’ll execute a strategy for Account Management that aligns with the company’s vision. Proven experience managing small teams and overseeing strategic pieces of business is required as is the need to successfully balance both the internal priorities of the company with the external needs of our clients and partners. You’ll build strong cross functional relationships with key stakeholders across our customer, sales, product, marketing, and business development teams and partner to build and operationalize strategic initiatives for our customers. You’ll need to have a deep understanding of our products and solutions as well as understand how we compare to the competition and fit into the marketplace overall. Passion, collaboration, and innovation are required to be successful in this role as you not only lead your team but drive forward many of the operational aspects of our business.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $95,000 - $115,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
