Position: Manufacturing Trainee  

Location: Chatham, NY

Pay: $24.00/hr

Shift: Shift: Swing shift- alternates one week, 7am-3pm and the next week 3pm-11pm
& 3rd shift- 11pm-7am

What you will be doing:

• Focus on working safely to support an injury-free environment.

• Follow Division safety rules and demonstrate leadership in establishing and following Safe Work Procedures.

• Understand and demonstrate sound mechanical aptitude Be capable of making sound decisions with regards to executing priorities and cost control(scrap and efficiency focus)

• Be capable of taking on projects and seeing them through to the sustain phase

• Demonstrate sound troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude in order to conduct systematic analysis of problematic systems. Be responsible for accurate and thorough documentation and data communication

What you will bring:

• Two years experience working in an injection molding facility  .
