Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Water Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in establishing and tracking equity, social justice, and sustainability KPIs and metrics for water infrastructure programs and climate action projects. You will assist with community outreach efforts, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development for water utilities. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, consensus building, stakeholder analysis, and capacity building.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Be Doing:
- Help establish and track equity & social justice (ESJ) and sustainability KPIs and metrics on water infrastructure programs and climate action projects.
- Assist on community outreach efforts and third-party stakeholders coordination/interfacing.

- Water infrastructure grant research/writing + management, and policy review
- Collaborate with technical experts and other stakeholders to develop original design concepts to inform and engage target audiences.
- Design, develop, and compile water industry thought leadership media elements (internal and external) – such as toolkits, fact sheets, webinars to enhance engagement.
- Support Equity Practice and Advisory Practice pursuits/positioning of new project opportunities.
- Client engagement, proposals and other similar responsibilities
- Mentorship and career development support of emerging professional staff.
- Co-champion the TYLin brand through engaging storytelling that brings our culture to life and articulates the impact of our work.
Who You Are:
- B.S. in Civil, Environmental or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent in Urban Planning or Environmental Science.
- 10+ years’ experience in program management, water/wastewater design, climate resiliency planning, municipal infrastructure consulting. Understanding of water/sewer infrastructure, utility plans, construction documents, land use/easements, and city/environmental/regulatory agencies is desirable.
- PE license, AICP License, or actively working toward licensure is preferred.
