The Opportunity:
The TSC Technical Manager will lead a team that provides field support engineering, training, curriculum development, research and development, exercise support, mission support, and full life-cycle support to customers for TIL technology with a focus on wireless and cyber solutions. This position will be responsible for the leadership of matrixed technical staff to create and deliver comprehensive internal and customer facing support. A primary focus will be to create new value from existing and previously unseen solutions that translate into new opportunities for TSC.




Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of technical staff in the creation and execution of a best in class training program.

  • Act as a primary interface to customers to gather and understand requirements for testing, integration, and full life-cycle support.

  • Work with IR&D teams across the TIL to translate new techniques from advanced development into training programs that provide unique and new value to customers.

  • Create reports for customers as required following test and training events.

  • Provide weekly summary reports to TSC leadership and select TIL leadership that provide detailed information regarding support performed for the customer.

  • Create and lead a mentorship program for new hires.

  • Work with TSC management and select TIL leadership to develop a capabilities growth strategy.

  • Travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary

  • Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies

  • Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and skills in government and corporate environments

  • Bachelors degree in related field

  • At least 6 years in the field of wireless and cyber technology

  • At least 6 years direct recent experience participating in or supporting customer missions

  • Fundamental understanding of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures

  • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph




 

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
