Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of financial management processes within utility industries and their integration with SAP modules.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP for Utilities to meet complex business requirements.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to customer financial management and billing processes.
- Familiarity with data migration, system testing, and validation techniques specific to SAP for Utilities.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
