- Design, experiment with, and apply Generative AI / LLM-based approaches (e.g., text analysis, summarization, classification, signal extraction) alongside traditional advanced analytics
- Independently scope and execute workstreams, while also collaborating closely with cross-functional partners and VoS team members
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs (e.g., Tableau) to support ongoing monitoring and decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and root causes across seller behavior, operational data, and feedback signals
- Communicate insights clearly through written narratives, presentations, and working sessions tailored to varied audiences
You’ll Sweep Us Off Our Feet If… - You are a quick learner who can ramp up rapidly on new domains, tools, and problem spaces
- You are comfortable working independently with ownership, but also value collaboration and being part of a high-performing team
- You enjoy balancing advanced analytics and applied GenAI work, and are curious about new techniques and approaches
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can flex between competing priorities without losing focus or quality
- You can structure ambiguous problems, move quickly from question to insight, and drive business impact
