Digital Product Manager, AAT Digital Transformation

Develop product strategy and manage digital product lines by identifying and evaluating current and future market opportunities and optimizing digital product lines to meet business objectives. Manage product life cycle for all AAT's digital product lines including new product development & innovation opportunities, sunsetting and other enhancements in line with AAT strategy. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the markets and channels of the digital product lines as well as customer needs, industry trends and go-to market strategy; consistently evaluate future market opportunities, threats and internal business goals to adjust product strategy as needed. Lead the development of business cases in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders that detail KPIs and/or financial expectations, forecasts, investment and commercialization strategy. Gather and synthesize sales, market, customer and other data to use as inputs when developing or adjusting the product strategy and making smart decisions for the digital product lines. Actively manage the performance of the digital product lines through financial metrics & KPIs; evaluate and determine actions to positively influence business performance. Maintain close, trusting partnerships with stakeholders. Inspire, influence and align others to toward shared goals. Clearly and concisely communicate product line updates and information to ensure shared understanding at all levels in the organization.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely-related field.
2. Four (4) years of experience in product management, software engineering, or related.
3. Additional experience must include:
• developing and bringing to market IoT products and SW products including mobile apps
• SQL Based Data Analysis using Postgres Database, Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence
• working experience in automatic door industry
• hands on development of mobile apps used by service and installation technicians in automatic door industry
• hands on development of IoT solutions in automatic door industry
• automatic door market
• translating data analysis into actionable opportunities
• presenting product line updates, strategy, prioritization and related information to stakeholders
• creating business cases and portfolio roadmaps
• supporting profitable business growth
4. Must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
