Summary of Responsibilities:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the energy sector? American Transmission Company (ATC) is seeking a Team Lead, Customer Engagement to drive our customer-centric initiatives and lead a team of Regional Managers.

Essential Responsibilities:

As our Team Lead, Customer Engagement, you'll be at the forefront of ATC's customer service strategy. This key leadership position will oversee our Regional Managers, develop strategic engagement initiatives, and ensure we're consistently delivering value to our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Managers, ensuring top-notch customer service and account management
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies aligned with ATC's business goals
  • Design and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer engagement
  • Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
  • Oversee relationships with key accounts, participating in high-level meetings and negotiations
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement processes and tools
  • Represent ATC at industry events and customer meetings

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the electric energy industry, customer relations, or a legal environment
  • Strong background in project management, negotiations, and/or contract administration (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FERC regulations, state utility regulations, and MISO operations (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and lead diverse teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
