Job Overview
Leads a team of Salesforce developers and technical professionals to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. Responsible for setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and aligning development efforts with business goals. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Functions
- Manages a team of professional-level Salesforce developers and technical staff.
- Develops and communicates strategic plans, technical roadmaps, and priorities to meet team performance and delivery goals.
- Oversees the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and automation.
- Establishes and enforces development standards, code quality, and DevOps practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Partners with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Tracks team performance, project milestones, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies.
- Provides coaching, mentoring, and career development support to team members.
- Informs and influences decision-making at the management level through data-driven insights and technical expertise.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
- Experience:
- 5–7+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams or managing technical projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and integration patterns.
