The role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations leader to spearhead strategic planning and tactical execution to elevate customer delivery and in-store performance. This is more than an operational role; it's a strategic opportunity to shape the future of our retail experience.

• Develop and implement plans to optimize retail operations delivery, applying tactical lens to ensure seamless adoption and success of strategic outcomes in store.
• Utilize a process-driven approach to maintain highly organized operations, adapting to the dynamic retail environment.
• Build and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders, collaborating and influencing to drive business success.
• Be the subject matter expert across enterprise to drive continuous improvement on all operational activities.
• Champion frontline feedback as a tool to enable increased productivity.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and outcomes.
• Extensive experience in retail operations, leading and accelerating key programs of work.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable programs that enhance performance and customer experience.
• Influential leadership skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
• A track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams, with a focus on capability development and operational excellence.
• A pragmatic mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Bonus points if you have

•  Experience in chapter or squad-based agile organisations
•  Continuous improvement, change or process certifications.
