ResponsibilitiesAI-Driven Requirement Extraction
* Manage and Do the requirement extraction service for the System and Product Architects Network utilizing the company AI tools. This role demands delivering high-accuracy results with rapid turnaround times to support architectural decision-making.

AI & Intelligent Automation
* Leverage AI technologies (e.g., AI agents, NLP, automation assistants) to support:
* Requirement extraction and analysis
* Compliance and traceability support
* Engineering data processing and reporting
* Propose and implement AI-based solutions to improve productivity and reduce manual effort.
* Collaborate with system engineers to ensure AI solutions align with engineering standards and quality requirements.

Tooling & Scripting Development
* Design, develop, and maintain automation tools according to the defined roadmap.
* Document high-level requirements and technical specifications for developed tools.
* Develop scripts and applications to automate repetitive engineering activities (e.g., requirement handling, traceability, reports, metrics).
* Ensure maintainability by documenting tool architecture, design decisions, and usage guidelines.

Toolchain & ALM Support
* Define and support the required toolchain for System Engineering activities.
* Work with Requirement Management and ALM tools (e.g., Codebeamer, DOORS, Core ALM).
* Support integrations between tools and data sources when needed.

Programming & Scripting:
* Python
* Javascript / Google Apps Script
* Google Docs / Sheets functions & automation
* HTTP rest API's
