As the Senior Funding Consultant, you will provide leadership, analysis, and recommendations on treasury functions. This position is part of the Regional Treasury Team covering the EAME region.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, deliver and support Dividend distributions from and to the EAME Caterpillar entities
• Lead the Treasury aspects of M&A activities and new Legal Entities’ creations
• Lead the Treasury aspects of Legal Entity simplifications
• Maintain strong governance
• Ensure efficient In-House Bank funding management, and compliance with financial reporting and tax rules
• Ensure timely support for external audits

What You Have:

• Strong background in Treasury and/or Accounting; expertise in Dividend distribution
• Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
• Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment

Additional Information: 

• A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
• Hybrid work policy: 3 days per week from the Geneva office.
