What we’re looking for…

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we seek a skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Specialist to support our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of marketing technology, campaign tracking, and data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in managing Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, and ensuring accurate lead flow and attribution.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about optimizing marketing performance through technology and data.

What you’ll be doing…

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of marketing operations, ensuring seamless campaign performance, data accuracy, and technology integration.

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Manage and optimize Marketo and Salesforce integrations to ensure lead data accuracy and proper attribution.
  • Maintain and enhance the marketing tech stack, ensuring all tools are properly connected and operational.
  • Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and automation processes in Marketo.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimize automation workflows for better conversion rates.
  • Evaluate and implement new marketing technology tools to improve efficiency and performance.

Campaign Execution & Tracking

  • Support campaign setup within Marketo, ensuring all necessary tracking is in place.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to ensure campaign execution, branding, and messaging consistency.
  • Monitor and ensure all leads are properly synced with Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Maintain marketing data hygiene and enforce best practices in data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve lead flow and campaign tracking issues.

Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Leverage Salesforce and Power BI to create dashboards and reports, tracking key performance metrics and marketing ROI.
  • Analyze marketing and lead flow data, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide insights into lead attribution and pipeline impact.
  • Develop predictive analytics models to enhance lead scoring and campaign targeting.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Document marketing workflows, lead management processes, and best practices.
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements in campaign setup and data tracking.
  • Ensure marketing programs adhere to compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Develop SOPs for marketing automation processes and reporting.

Qualities you possess…

  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce (certifications preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI for reporting and insights.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models, lead management, and tracking best practices.
  • Experience in campaign setup, automation, and lead scoring.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with marketing and sales teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and Indian data privacy regulations.
