The Regional Product Owner, Digital Health APAC is responsible for the successful design, build, launch, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of patient-facing digital solutions across APAC. In this role, you will collaborate with business leads, markets, cross functionals teams and other product owners to design and implement solutions using Agile methodology. Strong collaboration and stakeholder leadership will be critical to ensure the portfolio supports relevant cross-functional business partners efficiently and compliantly.

This role has an intentional emphasis on patient acquisition & growth, performance governance (dashboards/KPIs), and launch excellenceacross markets. The candidate must be solution-oriented, operationally savvy, creative, highly organized, flexible, and adept at working with multiple matrix teams, including external vendors.

Main responsibilities

●      Define and own the APAC portfolio product priorities and strategy for patient-facing digital solutions, aligning with overall Digital Health / DTC strategy and brand priorities across markets.

●      Collaborate with global product leadership to ensure alignment while tailoring portfolio solutions to the unique requirements of APAC markets, including compliance with local regulatory and data privacy standards.

●      Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features, market localizations, and growth initiatives based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.

●      Lead patient acquisition and growth across the portfolio: define acquisition frameworks, benchmark channel/partner performance, and optimize tactics to maximize patient onboarding and adoption.

●      Own and drive portfolio performance governance through dashboards and KPI frameworks (acquisition → activation → engagement → retention), translating insights into prioritized actions and continuous improvement for products.

●      Use digital analytics tools and user feedback to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize the patient experience.

●      Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and data/analytics partners to create and refine user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.

●      Serve as the primary APAC liaison between the development team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of product requirements, progress, and timelines.

●      Partner with GTM/Marketing, Brand teams, and agencies to develop launch and adoption materials (toolkits, messaging frameworks, visuals, market templates) to support consistent rollout across APAC markets.

●      Coordinate with regulatory, legal, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and quality teams to meet healthcare and data privacy requirements, including potential Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) considerations.

●      Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration and iterative delivery.

●      Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with strategic objectives.

●      Stay current on digital health trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies; identify opportunities to expand and scale the portfolio across APAC.

About you

Qualifications:

●      Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field.

●      5+ years of digital product experience, ideally in digital health, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology industries.

●      Proven track record of delivering successful market launches end-to-end (A–Z) in complex, highly regulated environments, including localization, stakeholder alignment, release readiness, and measurable post-launch adoption and continuous improvement.

●      Experience in scaling patient-facing mobile/digital solutions across international markets (APAC strongly preferred).

●      Demonstrated expertise in patient acquisition / growth and go-to-market optimization (channel strategy, attribution/measurement approach, experimentation, partner/vendor performance management).

●      Proficiency with digital analytics and performance reporting, including building and owning executive-ready dashboards, KPI frameworks, and funnel monitoring to drive data-informed product decisions.

●      Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment across geographies; strong executive communication and storytelling skills.

●      Familiarity with regulatory requirements, including FDA, HIPAA, and PMDA guidelines is highly desirable.

●       Data-driven decision making: KPI design, funnel thinking, experimentation mindset, and the ability to translate insights into prioritized actions.

●       User-centric mindset, emphasizing the creation of intuitive and engaging digital experiences for patients and caregivers.

●       Outstanding project management and organizational abilities to drive deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

●       Demonstrated ability to build and scale acquisition measurement frameworks (e.g., channel attribution, onboarding funnel KPIs) to optimize performance across markets.

●       Proven experience leading multi-market launches with complex cross-functional alignment (Medical/Legal/Compliance/Quality) and measurable adoption outcomes.

●       Hands-on approach and willingness to dive into challenges to achieve goals.

●       Strong quality mindset appropriate for regulated environments; and experience with SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) principles is a plus.

La fourchette salariale pour ce poste est:€54 400,00 - €72 533

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
