We are seeking a Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Overview (PCIO) Therapy Specialist: This role involves delivering market-leading customer experience, providing clinical support, and driving growth in the vascular and cardiovascular disease sectors in Sweden.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver market-leading customer experience by providing unrivalled support and service based on an intimate understanding of customer needs.
Achieve sales quota by servicing the current customer base, increasing sales volume, and establishing new accounts.
Develop and maintain a good understanding of Abbott’s therapies and products.
Prepare reports, draft initial conclusions, and perform required administrative sales duties, such as filing expense account reports, scheduling appointments, and making travel plans.
Maintain business operations in accordance with corporate policies regarding pricing, quotes, credit terms, expense reporting, and quality guidelines.
Collect and analyze market data in hospitals and districts to support further sales plans.
Act as a company ambassador, representing Abbott professionally and with the highest integrity while interacting with customers, physicians, technicians, and purchasing and administration personnel.
Proactively plan weekly travel schedules and communicate through appropriate channels.
Comply with healthcare professional guidelines.
Hold and support training opportunities within key accounts.
Understand the market dynamics, healthcare, and economic environment to identify opportunities in Sweden.
Your Profile:
University Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
3+ years of successful clinical experience within the medical device industry.
Well-organized, accustomed to tight deadlines, strong personal computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, customer- and results-oriented, self-starter.
Good knowledge of English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
