The Opportunity
P&G is seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead a team responsible for end-to-end engineering of an internal digital commerce solution. This team is responsible for the full software development lifecycle to enable growth in digital commerce for our business. The development of these digital capabilities are very critical for future success. We are seeking a strong leader with critical thinking skills who can manage a very large scope in a dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, you will need technical depth, understanding E2E software engineering lifecycle across architecture, design, and development with familiarity in modern architecture and delivery processes (TOGAF, Agile).

Pay Range: $150k – $207K
