What you'll do...

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive strategy and operations efforts with a deep understanding of dynamics and trends through data analysis.
• Conduct business analysis by understanding user needs, behaviors, and market intelligence to influence the product roadmap.
• Analyze drivers of adoption and identify opportunities for investments, managing product activation initiatives.
• Systematically capture and elevate market demands into the product by collaborating closely with the product team.
• Drive accountability, visibility, and efficient collaboration across the organization.
• Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation and deployment of large, complex, and ambiguous projects.
• Write documentation and conduct training sessions to ensure team alignment and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Ability to use a data-driven approach to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in eCommerce or marketplace environments.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
