Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will engage in delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to drive the automation of delivery analytics, gathering insights from data to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions that streamline processes and improve overall service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to identify automation opportunities and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in automation best practices and encourage a culture of continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance. - Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
