Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes that serve as a foundation for implementing new technologies and workflows. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. The position also includes conducting thorough user and task analyses to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business, ensuring that solutions are well-documented and effectively communicated to support seamless adoption and execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather insights and foster alignment among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in process design and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Individual Life Insurance.
- Good To Have Skills: Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience in creating detailed process documentation and use case development.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive user and task analysis to inform process design.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Individual Life Insurance.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
