Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.50 an hour + $1.50 shift differential

The Warehouse Clerk contributes to many administrative activities supporting the logistics team. Coordinate the shipping and receiving activities of the facility by taking responsibility for verification of inbound and outbound paperwork, verifying physical inventory, working with truck drivers and being a liaison between corporate and local supply chain efforts. You would report to the Warehouse Team Leader onsite at the Mankato, MN plant.

Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

  • Check in trucks/drivers, assigning dock lanes, checking seals.
  • Complete shipping and receive paperwork/Bills of Lading
  • Complete receipts in SAP against purchase orders
  • Help manage the dock schedule
  • Greet and check in visitors and vendors
  • Data entry (spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), SAP)
  • Prepare and ship sample orders
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Safely operate fork truck to pick up, transport and stack pallets
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse workplace
  • Monitor inventory and recommend action for non-usable, slow moving and excess stock
  • Operate pallet jack and electric pallet wrapper
  • Label finished goods with accuracy·
  • Verify accurate inventory counts of raw materials and finished goods

Skills:

  • Two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • SAP or other Enterprise software experience
  • Operate office equipment – printers, copiers, scanners
  • Analyze common internal reports and supporting documents
