• The positions are based in Sydney

   

  The Role:

  As a TRI-SI, you will deliver training in A320 Full Flight Simulators, Procedural Trainers and ground theory classrooms. TRI-SI’s are required to maintain a high level of knowledge, technical and non-technical skills along with a willingness to embrace future training technology and modern techniques.

  Qualifications and Experience:

  To be eligible for selection as a Type Rated Instructor - Simulator Instructor (A320), candidates must possess:

• Australian CPL or ATPL (Aeroplane)
• Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D
• Airbus FBW Type Rating
• FIR or SIR, with IR A training endorsement
• High standard of proficiency
• Previous instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type rating training
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Inclusive and respectful leadership qualities
• Ability to foster a positive and caring training culture
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of motivation
• Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licensing
• In-depth understanding of Human Factors and non-technical skills

• Preference will be given to applicants also have:

• A320 Type Rating
• SIR with A320 TR training endorsement
• Experience in Regular Public Transport, multi-crew, narrow or wide-body jet aircraft operations
