About the team:

The Global Skills, Learning and Development team of Talent COE focuses on our peoples’ leadership and behavioral capability development, ranging from individual contributors and managers, to senior leaders and top executives. We internally develop and deliver leadership, managerial, and behavioral content for global, enterprise-wide learning programs and we customize our content and experiences for leaders at every level of the organization.  You will work with experienced L&D Consultants in the Talent COE and will get an agile global exposure to work with learning leaders across different facets of The People Office and the FIS lines of business.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Learning and Development Consultant to join our team and contribute to the strategic design, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide leadership learning experiences that will shape the future of our global workforce and equip our people with relevant skills and capabilities to lead, influence, innovate, and perform their day-to-day business roles. 

  • **Leadership Development Design:** Serving as an internal learning and development consultant to the business, this person will develop and implement innovative leadership programs tailored to diverse global audiences at varying levels, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices
    • This person will consult with the global business and conduct formal needs assessment to determine performance gaps, establish performance outcome goals and define success measures, act as a SME to design content and experiences that will develop skills and close behavioral gaps, tailor approach and education to level of the audience, curate learning and development solutions and facilitate content in an effort to reach desired performance outcomes, and partner with management and stakeholders to ensure performance improves and is sustained as evidenced by data and success metrics.
       
  • **Experience Curation:** Create and curate high-quality learning experiences that engage participants and facilitate meaningful skill development, leveraging a mix of instructional methods and technologies.
  •  **Global Delivery:** Contribute to the global design and delivery of leadership programs, adapting content to meet regional needs or business context while maintaining a consistent and impactful learning experience. Will be expected to leverage frameworks and learning techniques that will align skill development with corporate strategic direction and business goals,
  •  **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Work closely with senior leaders, The People Office, and other key stakeholders to identify learning needs, skill gaps, set priorities, and ensure programs address critical business challenges. Successful candidates will have experience applying a systematic approach to analyzing, improving and managing performance through varied interventions.
  •  **Program Evaluation:** Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and behavior change, by applying measurement methods to assess effectiveness of content, and by dashboarding data-driven insights that will help us continuously refine and enhance interventions.
  •  **Thought Leadership:** Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging practices in leadership development, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into program design. They will be expected to research, design, and innovate learning programs in leadership and professional development curricula for employees and leaders at all levels of the company, in line with market trends and employee engagement strategies.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in organizational and/or leadership development or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, or general Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) Honors.

Master’s degree preferred: in Human Resources Management or equivalent Executive Masters in Hurman Resource Management or Master’s in Organization Behavior, Master’s in Business Administration, or Masters in Psychology or a related field. Advanced degree and professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-SCP, Gallup, DDI) preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on behavior and skill development, curriculum design, and global program development and delivery.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful leadership development experiences to a global, executive audience.
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, assessment strategies, and experiential curation techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to understand business context and relevance and infuse it into design and facilitation so it is relevant.
  • Coaching experience in past organization will be preferred as will experience working with senior executive global audiences, teams, and stakeholders.
  • In-depth expertise in formal assessment processes, consulting services and ROI measurement practices
    • Must be certified to create, facilitate and implement learning and leadership development experiences, and other performance improvement interventions.

  •  Must possess a thorough understanding of current Human Resources trends, global practices, and market needs around leadership skills.
