Job Duties:   

  • Apply analytical skills to understand system requirements.
  • Perform solution architecture and design.
  • Develop solutions options for system requirements.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Mentor members of development team promoting good development principles and providing expertise in complex problem solving.
  • Oversee and provide technical direction to multiple Sprint teams.
  • Contribute to operations process, policy, and procedure continuous improvement.
  • Supervise team of Senior Software Engineers, Associate Technical Architects, Quality Assurance Leads, and Business Analysts in their day-to-day activities related to technology and business requirements with respect to H2O applications.
  • In connection with above duties, utilize experience in Microsoft .Net framework 3.5/4.0, C#, MVC4.0, Web Services, WCF Services, Ado.Net, XML, LINQ, Web API, Restful Services, jQuery, JavaScript, and Azure.

Requires related degree, experience and skills. Part of employee referral program.
