ARE YOU READY to step into the New Era (NewRA) of AI-driven banking?
At Accenture Newra AI Hub, we are not just building technology, we are redefining how banking operates. As part of our strategic collaboration with Piraeus, Newra is designed to responsibly embed AI at the core of its business, moving beyond experimentation to real-world impact at scale. Built to make a real difference, Newra reflects our belief that AI creates value only when it genuinely improves people’s lives.
You will work on advanced AI solutions that span the full spectrum of the bank -from core banking systems to customer experience- simplifying complexity, automating critical processes and delivering measurable results where they matter most.
Joining Newra means becoming part of a high-performing team of innovators at the beginning of a major reinvention. This is a space for people who approach AI with depth, discipline and purpose. You will collaborate across disciplines, develop future-proof skills, and help turn technology into real-world transformation.
As a Responsible AI Specialist, you’ll help build the trust layer for enterprise AI, making sure AI systems are safe, explainable, fair, compliant, and ready to scale. You’ll shape Responsible AI governance, define practical guardrails, and work with product, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, security, and business teams to embed trust-by-design into the AI delivery lifecycle. Your work will help move AI from experimentation to production with confidence, accountability, and measurable governance maturity.
What you'll build
Responsible AI governance frameworks that help teams design, build, deploy, and monitor AI systems safely and consistently
Practical policies, controls, checklists, and guardrails for GenAI, agentic AI, machine learning, and third-party AI platforms
AI risk assessment workflows covering use-case classification, risk tiering, regulatory impact, ethical considerations, and mitigation plans
AI model and system documentation standards for transparency, explainability, auditability, and lifecycle traceability
Governance checkpoints embedded into product, data, engineering, security, compliance, and release processes
Monitoring and reporting mechanisms for Responsible AI adoption, compliance maturity, risk posture, and control effectiveness
Enablement content that helps teams understand AI risks, apply guardrails, and build trusted AI products from day one
What we need
Degree in Law, Risk, Compliance, Business, Tech, Data, AI Ethics, Public Policy, or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, compliance, model risk, regulatory advisory, or digital transformation
Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles: fairness, transparency, explainability, accountability, privacy, safety, and human oversight
Knowledge of AI-related regulation and standards such as the EU AI Act, DORA, GDPR, ISO, NIST AI RMF, or similar frameworks
Experience defining policies, controls, guardrails, assessment templates, governance workflows, and operating models
Ability to assess AI use cases, identify risks, define mitigations, and translate regulatory requirements into practical delivery guidance
Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to partner with product, engineering, data science, legal, risk, compliance, and security teams
Clear communication style, able to explain AI risks, limitations, and governance expectations
Nice to have:
Experience with AI/ML lifecycle governance, model documentation, validation, monitoring, or third-party AI risk assessment
Exposure to GenAI risks: prompt injection, data leakage, hallucination, content/model misuse
What's in it for you
Competitive salary and benefits, including but not limited to: life/health insurance, performance based bonuses, monthly vouchers, company car (depending on management level), flexible work arrangements, employee share purchase plan, parental leave and various corporate discounts
