We are looking for an exceptional mission-oriented, multi-site healthcare operations leader to join our team as Regional Director. The Regional Director leads all aspects of operations, including team leadership, patient experience, regulatory compliance, and growth, including P&L ownership.

Schedule and Locations

This position requires regular travel within the region plus quarterly travel to our headquarters in Greenville, SC. The region will include 50+ centers (OBOT) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The role can be based in Pittsburgh or Philadelphia and their surrounding areas.

Education and Licensure Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred

• 5+ years in a leadership role

• Multi-site healthcare operations experience

• Experience with or interest in behavioral health, particularly substance use disorder (SUD)
