General Objective
For our Bratislava Business Center, we are looking for a Financial Controller, who will report directly to the CFO and perform the following tasks:

Main Responsibilities

• Managing the P&L with the objective of analyzing the accuracy of financial data and preparing reports aimed at analyzing the profitability of different business lines.
• Managing the balance sheet (receivables, revenue, supplier accounts, inventory, intercompany balances, bank reconciliations).
• Handling the annual budget and weekly forecast for each business line.
• Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Managing relationships with Shared Service Centers.
• Analyzing deviations from forecasts.
• Identifying financial risks and opportunities.
• Managing and analyzing key KPIs, preparing customized reports for the business and top management.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of control tools and processes.

Who We Are Looking For

• A degree in economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all company levels.
• Fluent English proficiency - required
• Fluent in German or French - nice to have

The gross monthly salary for this position starts from 2200 EUR per month, plus a monthly bonus that starts after your first 6 months. Please note this is a minimum salary and our compensation packages are based on your professional experience and qualifications.
