As our Go-to-Market & Product Success Manager for PayPal's Checkout Products, you'll be pivotal in creating product value propositions, maximizing product adoption, revenue acceleration and building scalable product retention strategies. You will be responsible to define, design, and ultimately deliver on the promise of the go-to-market plan for PayPal Checkout products
Your day-to-day:
Provide deep expertise about our Checkout product capabilities and value propositions.
Actively interact with client facing teams and directly join merchant meetings to deeply understand customer needs as well as any feedback on the GTM approach.
The role will construct the product GTM strategy, including product positioning and messaging, competitive insights.
Champion the customer voice, advocating for customer needs and problem statements within the product organization, driving customer-centric product development and roadmap prioritization. Identify and gather customer feedback, effectively "translating" it into actionable insights and market requirements for product teams.
Own and measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, demonstrating a clear impact on product early-stage adoption, revenue metrics, and retention strategies.
Directly interact with customers, take customer feedback into actionable learnings and further improve our GTM strategy and approach.
What you need to bring:
8+ years of relevant work experience that can span product marketing, marketing, product management, sales engineering, operational roles, or strategy consulting.
Experience in B2B Product GTM, Product Marketing, and/or Product Commercialization Strategy; ideally within payments or financial services industry.
Experimental mindset. Get comfortable with experimenting, taking risks, testing and adapting as things go.
Having hands-on experience of directly working with customers.
Storytelling and messaging development.
Management of cross-functional projects.
