Job Title: HSE Manager

Location: Vasteras, Sweden

As HSE Manager in Linxon Sweden you will be working within our country HSEQ organization and acting as a direct support to project managers. You will ensure that our projects are delivered in accordance with our internal HSE Management System and in accordance with local laws and regulations and client expectations. The HSE organization of Linxon supports in delivering on our core values and annual targets within our daily business. The safety of our people and environment is our top priority, and we want to deliver projects where people can work safely and deliver high quality.  

What will you do?

In the role as HSE Manager you will report to the Head of HSE Manager and to individual project managers. Some of the tasks that you will oversee are: 

  • Report HSE incidents and investigate the root causes, provide feedback, lessons learned and best practices from across Linxon Sweden to management and employees.  
  • Report on progress and implementation of Linxon Group Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) as required. 
  • Implement policies and standards with focus on environment, health and safety and ensure areas of responsibility are audited according to the internal audit program. 
  • Facilitate HSE risk assessments with project and line management, involving project employees and subcontractors, i.e. those directly concerned by the hazards, and ensure all processes are implemented in accordance with the Linxon HSE management system. 
  • Drive behavioural change through implementing Group-wide performance improvement programs and practices locally to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on environment throughout the organization. 
  • Engage with external (e.g. customers, suppliers, and others) and internal stakeholders in order to report on, raise awareness and gain commitment to Linxon's HSE efforts and performance and obtain objective feedback. Cooperate with other functions and business partners to drive HSE performance. 
  • Ensure appropriate safety equipment and tools are available and used. Drive and ensures compliance with country management systems (ISO 14001 and 45001 certified).
