Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, including SAML, OpenID Connect (OIDC), OAuth 2.0, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and FIDO2.

  • Design, develop, integrate, and support authentication and authorization solutions that align with enterprise security and architecture standards.

  • Develop and maintain applications, services, and integrations using Java, JavaScript, Groovy, and Web APIs.

  • Consume, develop, integrate, and document RESTful APIs and related technical specifications.

  • Deploy solutions across development, testing, and production environments following established release management and change control processes.

  • Provide production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable resolutions.

  • Participate in architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and testing activities to ensure solution quality and security.

  • Ensure solutions meet enterprise objectives for availability, scalability, performance, resiliency, and security.

  • Mentor and guide less experienced engineers while promoting software development best practices and technical standards.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology partners to understand requirements and deliver effective IAM solutions.

  • Maintain expertise in emerging IAM technologies, industry trends, and software development tools.

  • Ensure compliance with Information Technology and Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Contribute to special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, MFA, and FIDO2 authentication technologies.

  • Strong experience with Java, JavaScript, Groovy scripting, and Web API development and integration.

  • Hands-on experience developing, consuming, integrating, and documenting RESTful APIs.

  • Experience supporting secure enterprise-scale IAM platforms and identity federation solutions.

  • Strong understanding of secure software development methodologies, application architecture, and information security principles.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and support large-scale deployments.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
