Program Management Lead – Content Transformation
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. The PMO Lead - Content Transformation will provide program-level planning, integration, and governance across Global Commercial Capabilities (GCC)’s Content Transformation initiatives, including Data Privacy & Measurement and Content Production & Deployment. This leader will lead a group of related projects as a cohesive program to realize outcomes and benefits not attainable through individual project management alone. They will help to oversee the successful delivery of new enterprise capabilities and operational model, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, business priorities, and transformation goals.
Acting as the connective link across business, data, and technology functions, the PMO Lead will establish consistent program standards for planning, execution, and performance measurement. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior sponsors and cross-functional partners, this leader will develop clarity, accountability, and decision-making with speed, driving measurable impact and sustained success across all content transformation workstreams.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles
OR
Master’s degree and 5 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles
OR
Associate’s degree and 12 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles
OR
High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within enterprise transformation or PMO leadership roles

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
