The Opportunity
Join us as a Factory HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping an empowered, engaged, and high‑performing workforce at our Alamo, TN manufacturing site. This is your chance to be the on‑site HR champion working directly with employees and leaders to build a workplace where people thrive, processes run smoothly, and growth is continuous.
You’ll partner with business leadership to influence culture, strengthen organizational capability, support talent strategies, and promote a positive employee experience. You'll be the trusted advisor who helps navigate challenges, unlocks solutions through innovative HR practices, and ensures the factory has the people and capabilities needed to deliver exceptional results.
In this role, you'll bring together strategic thinking, practical execution, and strong coaching skills to make a meaningful impact every day. From talent development and employee engagement to performance management and stakeholder partnership, you’ll be at the center of creating a sustainable environment where everyone can succeed. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Implement HR strategies aligned with global and local priorities.
Partner with employees and leaders to address workplace needs.
Guide managers through HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Oversee HR process execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support performance management and development activities.
Drive talent planning, succession, and recruitment efforts.
Coordinate learning needs with internal partners.
Monitor engagement and turnover trends; recommend solutions.
Lead employee relations, welfare support, and issue resolution.
Facilitate communication and training on HR policies and programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and strategic HR initiatives.
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, etc.).
Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship‑building skills.
Knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements.
