OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring Operational Excellence

  • Complete weekly updates to store project key milestones provided by business partners

  • Highlight resulting changes to critical path for cross functional visibility and alignment

  • Track meeting notes and maintain attributes for store projects

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the software and through any data connections to other systems

Subject Matter Expert

  • Provide user support for system functionality, troubleshooting, and answering questions related to software operation

  • Support user training by developing and delivering materials on any new system features, create user guides or reference documentation

  • Partner with business users and technology to identify system solutions for business needs, recommend updates to optimize efficiency and user experience

Reporting

  • Distribute weekly reporting to cross functional team including leadership

  • Partner with cross functional team to continuously optimize reports based on business need and visibility to key dates and progress

  • Leverage software reporting tools and enterprise solutions to drive visibility to user base

Project and Change Management

  • Act as the change champion for all necessary process improvements, data integrations and reporting development

  • Support the execution of changes and new processes with the user base through training and communication

  • Identify opportunities to automate or create data connections to reduce or eliminate human error and drive data integrity

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4 year degree required

  • 1-3 years experience

  • Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Must be a self-starter with strong sense of urgency to drive results

  • Must be able to thrive in a dynamic environment and willing meet change head-on

  • PMP or CSPM, Lean Six Sigma or Change Management certifications a plus

  • Oracle Primavera Cloud or P6 - Preferred

  • Microsoft Suite and Sharepoint site management required

  • Scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet - Preferred

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • SharePoint Administration

  • Advanced Excel Formulas and Pivot Tables

  • Reporting required, PowerBI experience a plus
