Responsibilities:

• Responsible to achieve agreed SFD, stock levels and CSL, monitors ICSL, SSL for the defined portfolio. 

• Continuously reviews the Sales/ Production forecast of defined portfolio of a country or a group of countries on short, mid and long term, in quantity and value.  

• Orders items from production sites, suppliers and co-packers, and follows up deliveries in order to fulfil the sales/ production plan in timing and quantities 

• Communicates, manages and solves actual and potential supply issues. 

• Maintains and periodically reviews planning master data in SAP and IPB to implement adequate forecasting model, replenishment and stock strategies. 

• Coordinates co-packing activities with main focus on availability, saving costs, production schedule and raw material replenishment .

• Ensures the sales forecast input from other department is on time and accurate (promotions, launches, delisting)   and prepares data for the bi-monthly reviews.

• Continuously improves operational efficiency (process improvements, new SCM solutions, support to central tenders). 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Demand Planning role within a Consumer Goods or B2B environment

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, IBP, and Business Intelligence tools is a strong plus

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
