PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
Compensation Specialist with 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis. Proficiency in leveraging compensation systems and survey data to support organizational compensation strategy while ensuring regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 8+ years of previous and related compensation experience

  • Global experience working across regions, time zones, and different markets/cultures

  • Fluent and proficient in English with ability to work in reward partner's time zone

  • Advanced Excel expertise and analytical skills for large dataset analysis

  • Ability to operate independently and handle ad-hoc unplanned requests

  • Strong prioritization skills based on business understanding and workload assessment

  • Preferred experience in Market Pay platforms

  • Preferred knowledge of Workday systems

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Partner with Finance to assess financial impacts of compensation modifications

  • Evaluate competitiveness of compensation plans and develop recommendations on all compensation components (salary, bonus & commission incentives, equity)

  • Provide counsel to HR on compensation issues including pay structures, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, and wage and hour regulations

  • Support year-end compensation planning including cross functional activities such as group structure creation, budget analysis, and business line merit/bonus modeling

  • Conduct market benchmarking and maintain compensation data while interpreting external rewards trends

  • Manage Workday transactions and serve as first point of contact for compensation inquiries from HRBPs and managers

  • Leverage AI tools to analyze large compensation datasets, identify market trends, and automate routine data processing tasks

  • Support compensation program designs and implementations impacting multiple business lines and geographic regions
