Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy:
- Define and champion the global brand, positioning the company as an industry leader through compelling storytelling and strategic messaging.
- Lead the transformation from an industrial legacy to a modern, customer-centric brand that inspires both the market and employees.
- Ensure brand consistency and resonance across all markets, cultures, and organizational levels.
Market Intelligence & Growth:
- Develop comprehensive market strategies to expand business and market share, leveraging voice-of-the-customer insights and advanced market analysis.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive commercialization strategies that support sustainable growth.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Marketing Operations & Execution:
- Oversee the execution of global marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and measurable impact.
- Build and structure high-performing teams, optimizing the marketing operating model and processes for efficiency and clarity.
- Implement data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and improve marketing performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner extensively with Product Management, Sales, and other key stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across functions.
Customer Engagement & Experience:
- Drive customer-centric marketing initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Ensure marketing activities are responsive to customer needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Change Management & Leadership:
- Inspire and lead teams through change, aligning stakeholders and communicating vision clearly both internally and externally.
- Promote an entrepreneurial mindset and empower teams to take initiative and drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Proven success in industrial marketing functions such as brand management, product marketing, communications, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and marketing analytics platforms.
