About Finland

Our Finland locations include Vantaa and Joensuu, employing over 800 professionals in R&D, production, supply chain, quality, marketing, sales, and administrative support. We hire experts in different fields including engineering, chemistry, microbiology, and bioinformatics. How will you make an impact?

We are looking for an Export Logistics Specialist to join our Export Logistics Team at our Vantaa site for a summer substitution from May 4 to September 30, 2026. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. You have a structured way of working, are able to make quick decisions, and perform well under pressure. We offer a diverse role in an innovative and international working environment.

What will you do?

• Coordinating export shipments and deliveries
• Monitoring orders and communicating shipment status to customers
• Preparing export and shipping documentation
• Providing shipment information and required documents to customers
• Tracking deliveries and resolving delivery-related issues
• Archiving export documentation
• Reviewing sales freight invoices
• Assisting in the investigation of order-to-delivery deviations and implementing corrective actions
• Supporting export-related customer feedback and internal issue resolution

How will you get here? 

• A degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, or ongoing studies in one of these areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good written and spoken Finnish and English
• Previous experience in logistics, export operations, or order-to-delivery processes
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is considered an advantage
