Job Summary:

About Volaris Group
Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), acquires, strengthens, and grows vertical market software companies, enabling them to be clear leaders within their focused industry. We are not a typical private equity or strategic acquirer; we buy and hold forever and operate in a highly decentralized manner.

Position Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to focus on sourcing new acquisition opportunities across the MENA region. This is a front-line role—you're the one opening doors, starting conversations, and driving the top of our M&A funnel. You'll work closely with leadership to identify targets, run outreach campaigns, and build relationships with founders, advisors, and investors in the region.

This is a high-impact role for someone who’s resourceful, commercially sharp, and eager to work at the intersection of sales and deal-making.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Source new M&A opportunities across MENA, with a focus on vertical software businesses
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and qualify founder-led businesses that fit our investment criteria
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with company owners, executives, advisors, and intermediaries
  • Track all sourcing activity in our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the research team to prioritize outreach based on target profiles
  • Represent Volaris in initial conversations and pitch our value proposition to founders

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, investment banking, private equity, or M&A sourcing
  • Proven experience speaking with executives, business owners, or C-level stakeholders
  • Strong commercial instincts and solid business acumen
  • Confident reaching out cold and starting conversations with senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of MENA markets, especially Egypt, GCC, and North Africa
  • Must speak fluent English and Arabic

Schedule

  • Working Hours: 1 PM to 9 PM Egypt Time
  • Remote position with flexibility but requires real-time collaboration with regional contacts and internal teams.
