Job Summary:
About Volaris Group
Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU), acquires, strengthens, and grows vertical market software companies, enabling them to be clear leaders within their focused industry. We are not a typical private equity or strategic acquirer; we buy and hold forever and operate in a highly decentralized manner.
Position Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to focus on sourcing new acquisition opportunities across the MENA region. This is a front-line role—you're the one opening doors, starting conversations, and driving the top of our M&A funnel. You'll work closely with leadership to identify targets, run outreach campaigns, and build relationships with founders, advisors, and investors in the region.
This is a high-impact role for someone who’s resourceful, commercially sharp, and eager to work at the intersection of sales and deal-making.
