What You Will Be Doing
Join the Scotty Cameron Gallery team as a Retail Merchandiser and play a key role in shaping the in‑store experience through elevated merchandising and product presentation. In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Merchandising Manager in developing, executing, and analyzing strategies that reflect the brand’s premium identity. You’ll create compelling visual displays, analyze trends and sales data to optimize product assortments, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Sales, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless product launches. You’ll also support inventory management, maintain accurate product information, and assist with budget planning. With direct interaction with customers and close involvement in Gallery events, this role offers a unique opportunity to bring the Scotty Cameron brand to life while contributing to an exceptional retail experience.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 3 years of merchandising experience, preferably in luxury retail
Ability to stand or walk for 8+ hours
Able to lift 30 lbs and carry boxes up/downstairs
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with inventory management systems and product databases
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Retail Pro
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional skills
