Job Description:

Will have the primary responsibility to manage the projects related to new products from the Sourcing standpoint. Will be an active process owner: attending follow up meetings, liaising with suppliers and both internal (Sales, R&D, Supply chain) and external customers to fulfill their requirements, providing the prices needed for the cost quotes (together with the Category Managers), coordinating with the suppliers the delivery of samples, and ensuring timely materials delivery for the first production. In some cases, will support the graphic chain management in Optiva, supporting internal and external users for new graphic designs approvals and making sure suppliers complete their tasks on time. Additional activities to be performed: managing quality complaints to suppliers, dealing with IPV (Invoice Price Variance, or price mismatches between Purchase Order and Invoice) and inputting new prices in the system.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and attend project meetings as project owner

  • Liaise with suppliers to request samples, proposals, prices and coordinate deliveries

  • Graphic chain management

  • Liaise with internal and external customers to collect and fulfill their requirements

  • Alignment and support to Category Managers

  • Feed prices in Oracle and IPV management

Key Ingredients:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Procurement or Operations in manufacturing environment

  • Fluency in English and German required. Other languages willbe considered as a plus
