IT Testing and Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary
The IT Testing and Compliance Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, and supervising the testing and compliance activities of the Enterprise Integration products and/or services. They ensure that the testing, compliance, and project activities are performed in accordance with the company's standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans that include both functional and non-functional testing.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Identify and analyze software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Work with project managers to ensure testing activities are included in project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare reports on testing activities, including test results and defect metrics.
• Develop and maintain test environments that mimic production environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques for software testing.
• Identify and assess areas of significant business risk and work with the compliance teams to remediate.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
• Review all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
• Support various departments by collecting, coordinating, and submitting internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to the appropriate management and/or risk committees.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, design documents, templates, and other essential project artifacts.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with fellow architects, specialists, consultants, and contractors in project-based work.
• Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supporting the realization of operational and strategic plans.

Education, Experience & Skills Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing or demonstrated competence.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance related activities or demonstrated competence.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

The base pay range for this role is $73,050 to $138,800 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
